  this actually wasn't a bad round. irons looked pretty solid, especially the 3i and 5i. if it wasn't two holes that blew up late, this could have been my best round. and again, i am using no tees. hitting off grass only.

  no tees. everything off grass in order to work the irons. room for improvement but not too bad.

  experimental round. no tees. everything off grass. learned a lot from this round. all long irons were short (replace w hybrid). wedges unpredictable (leave in bag - esp 56 wedge). 48' wedge tends to go left. all other irons tend to go right.

  irons still aren't dialed in to the point where i am hitting straight and hitting the greens. some consistency issues. a bit worried since the league is starting up.

  first post winter round after some practice. decent contact w irons, but they weren't dialed in (only 2 GIR). so it came down to chipping, and the chipping was pretty solid; solid enough to help produce the best round i've recorded on my short game practice course.

  first round back since august and index tendon injury. worked on a relaxed grip and more relaxed swing. less fighting the swing, let the clubs do the work. very pleased at the results lf this experiment.

  i was trying to hit the 60s. and on track, but it was getting dark on the turn, and they didn't flip the lights on in time. chipping up in the shadows cost me a couple strokes for sure. but not too bad.

  the wedge and putter kept a lid on and prevented things from boiling over. in recovery mode all day. the irons still going right. similar round to last. 6 dbls, 2 triples, not good. but at least i was making contact and not topping the ball.

  not a bad round. the wedges seemed to be working, getting me back on the green. but the irons were pushing right. had 2-3 blowup holes, which is unacceptable on a course like this.
