Tee's burnt to a crisp. They had a cheek putting rakes by the bunkers, no sand. Some seriously long, long walks between green to next tee, and even on the hole you are playing where the path goes miles to get back.on the fairway as there are no bridges over big dips and water hazards. You hit a ball into thick rough you expect to say by by to the ball, and I hit a few of them but to be only a yard or two off the fairway into 'light' rough and cannot find the ball as it has disappeared under very thick 3 or 4 inch deep clover is soul destroying. I did not play great but I played OK, but lost 8 balls in this light rough adjacent to the fairway. It is a seriously tough hike around this course I finished it but never, ever again. I can honestly say that I have not enjoyed my round of golfat all. Shame. Never worth the greenfee of £35.
