A question came up and I thought it would be helpful to talk about it. Is there any way to guarantee certain loot during a custom Mythic+? I realize that loot depends on a lot of factors, but still would like to know if it's possible to influence this process in any way. Can the custom Mythic+ service somehow guarantee a certain item or just improve the chance of getting the right items?

As far as I understand, in Mythic+ there is no exact guarantee of getting a certain loot, as it is random after all. However, if you play with an experienced group or use services like Conquest Capped, you will certainly increase your chances of good drops. Some services offer additional features that can help speed up the process or guarantee some minimum loot, but it still depends on luck.
