  Partner and I are setting up a small diagnostics lab focused on metabolic testing, mostly urine and blood panels. Budget’s limited, but we want decent accuracy.   Good to know they’re responsive—some vendors don’t even acknowledge you unless you’re placing five-figure orders. Just took a look, and they seem to carry some of the brands we were aiming for. Might actually give them a call tomorrow and ask about compatibility with our analyzers.
